I have to tell you - WOW! - even my husband has noticed a difference in me. I'm much more talkative and wanting to engage with him (and other people). I'm not just coming home from work and going straight to bed. Where I really noticed a difference was on day 9. That was the first day that I woke up and didn't dread getting up. It wasn't like a complete 180 from where I was on day 8, but it was like I finally crossed some sort of threshold which allowed me to think a little more like I'm used to thinking :).
On day 9 - I did something that I haven't done in two years. I created a to-do list. The last time I even thought about doing this, my anxiety was through the roof and I broke out into hives. I had to take a nap in order to rid myself of the anxiety.
So I made this to-do list - it was long...that didn't bother me. Yesterday (day 10), I took care of a few items. Felt very happy about that! I'm not anxious about what is still on there - rather - I'm happy that I can write it down and not have to rely on my memory.
