You will have the opportunity to work with recipes hands on and try your own creations. You will also learn how to evaluate gluten free products so you can be sure you are buying only the best for the best price.

Jodi Smith has been a practicing Nutritionist for over 36 years, teaching people how to practically apply good nutrition to their everyday diets. Come hungry and ready to taste some delicious gluten free foods! Every class contains new recipes so if you have taken classes in the past this one will have new recipes.
