More gluten free cooking with Jodi!

Are you bored with the same old stuff. Jodi will take you deeper with gluten free cooking and give you more options for foods you and your family will really like. We will also explore a variety of ways to help heal your gut and promote better digestion and help some of the problems associated with gluten intolerance. Jodi will take time to answer your questions about gluten free nutrition and help you with problems you are having with baking and preparing gluten free recipes.

This class will be hands on and you will receive a packet of recipes. Come hungry and bring a pencil. Every class has new recipes so if you have taken classes in the past you will taste new recipes.

Jodi Smith has been a practicing Nutritionist for over 36 years, teaching people how to practically apply good nutrition to their everyday diets. Come hungry and ready to taste some delicious gluten free foods! Every class contains new recipes so if you have taken classes in the past this one will have new recipes.


Cost: $25 or $40 with your child or partner.
