Event Details:

Prepare and taste several gluten-free recipes using multiple types of flours and gluten-free products. All recipes will be gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, and several will be corn and soy-free. 

Many people are allergic
to common grains! Some of you just want to expand your knowledge of the grains you 
already use. Jodi will be sharing her 35+ years of experience of  cooking with natural foods.
