Part 1 - Fats: Understanding fat
Monounsaturated fats are good. These include oils from olive, canola, sunflower, and nuts.
Polyunsaturated fats are good for some people used in moderation. These include fats from fish, safflower, and soy oils.
But polyunsaturated fats have been linked to some breast tumors.
Focus mainly on fatty fish to accomplish health effects on heart disease when assessing polyunsaturated fat.
