Part 1 - Fruit: Washing fruit to eliminate pesticides & mold

Be careful with apples blueberries, nectarines, grapes, and strawberries. These popular fruits tend to get sprayed a lot. 

Fill one side of your sink with water and add one TBS of Clorox bleach. The bleach will breakdown the waxes and the chemicals on the outside. This will also break down mold and extend the life of your fruit by up to seven days.
