When buying a multi-vitamin read the label carefully.
First, read the "other ingredients"
If the vitamin has artificial colors or 
dyes stay away from it.  
Avoid flavors, plastic waxes and resins.  
Your vitamin should say it is free from wheat, soy, corn, eggs and dairy.
